What to include
- Account help — the email address on your LankaMeet account
- Billing — date and amount of the charge, last four digits of card if applicable
- Safety reports — username or profile link of the reported user, description of the incident
- Verification — your account email and a brief description of the issue
Response times
Safety and abuse reports are prioritised. Billing and general enquiries are typically answered within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, Sri Lanka time).
Registered users
Logged-in users can also report profiles and block users directly from the app. For urgent safety matters, contact local authorities first.
